Easy Dinner Ideas for Two

Dinner for two Do you have a buffalo lover on your hands that loves ANYTHING BUFFALO! Here is an easy buffalo chicken sandwich recipe with baked fries that will really make him or her fall in love. Ingredients:
  • Around 1 pound of chicken (thinly sliced breasts)
  • Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Sesame seed buns
  • Red potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, Pepper and rosemary
  • Start with the potatoes first because they take around 30 to 45 minutes to cook. Slice your red potatoes into slivers and place them into a baking pan. Then coat and mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook at 325 degrees F. You want your baked potato fries to be crispy.
  • Cook chicken breasts, 5 minutes each side. Then place chicken into a pot with the Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce and let that cook on the stove on low heat.
  • Toast your buns and set them up with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese sauce. Then place the chicken on to the sandwich.
  • Place cooked potatoes on plate.
