How to Cook a Christmas Ham

Here is a super easy ham recipe that anyone can prepare for their family in a jiffy! This recipe takes around 3 hours and the flavors are phenomenal! Ingredients:
  • Ham (around 10 pounds) with bone inside and fully cooked
  • Dark brown sugar (1/4 of a cup)
  • Pineapple juice (1/3 of a cup)
  • Honey (1/3 of a cup)
  • Orange juice and orange zest (1/3 of a cup)
  • Dijon mustard (2 tablespoons)
  • Ground cloves (1/4 of a teaspoon)
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and place your ham in a non-stick roasting pan.
  • In a sauce bowl, mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice and zest, Dijon mustard and garlic cloves. Cook and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
  • Then place ham which should be uncovered in heated oven for 2 hours. Remove ham and then brush the sauce, then back the ham for an additional hour. Brush ham with graze for every 10 minutes that pass.
